Welcome to Aspen Grog Shop!
Locally owned and operated, Aspen Grog Shop is a 3600 sq. ft. space located in the heart of downtown Aspen just 1.5 blocks from the Gondola and adjacent to City Market.  

Aspen Grog Shop specializes in procuring the widest selection of regional and craft beer, wine, cider and spirits in Aspen. We stock an extensive selection of local and imported wines from around the world, liquors, cigars and a huge variety of craft beer and spirits made in Colorado.

We have been recognized for many years as the best liquor store in the Aspen area by our local media. Our community is very important to us and we annually donate to many local clubs, organizations and events.

OUR HISTORY
Discover 50 Years of Aspen's Best Booze at Aspen Grog Shop!

From its humble beginnings as "The Grog Shop" over 50 years ago, Aspen Grog Shop has been a staple in the Aspen community, known affectionately as "The Adult Candy Store" and "The Grog." In late 2017, the official business name changed to Aspen Grog Shop. We updated and refreshed the original 1960s Grog Shop logo, but we kept our beloved caveman, affectionately known as 'Grogman', because he is so well recognized. 'Grogman' also keeps us connected to our long history in Aspen and we continually strive to provide the same outstanding service and “local” experience to our customers we have given since we opened.

At Aspen Grog Shop, you'll find a carefully curated selection of regional and craft beers, wines, ciders, and spirits from around the world, along with expert advice to help you make the perfect pour for your occasion.
